We use UPS, and USPS to ship items depending on several factors. We CAN overnight anything you need, just send us an email. If you prefer 2nd day air or 3 day select, email us with a list of items you want and we will send you an invoice with a shipping quote.
International pedal board orders ship via USPS priority mail which takes anywhere from 5-20 days. Occasionally, your customs office will hold packages and this is out of our control. In our experience, most people receive their order in 7-14 days, depending on the country shipped to.
Do I have to take my pedals off the board when I use case or the bag?
NO! NO! NO! Our
cases and bags are designed to hold the board with your pedals on it. Also, we include foam with the cases to squish the board and pedals in place, It would be VERY LAME if you had to take them off everytime you moved it.
Can you put the tier on the other side of the board?
YES! With our new bolt system, you can move it anywhere!

board material break after many thousands of boards sold so far.....even the guys on the "heavier side" (in weight and in music style) say these boards can continuously take a moshing. LYT boards do flex a tad (and we do mean a tad, since we designed it to flex-- and we could have made them NOT flex if we wanted to) but so do skyscrapers, bridges, and lots of well built things. You see, these structures are MADE to flex and that adds to their strength and durability. Our boards feel better under your feet because they have a tiny bit of flex....Put it this way: what's nicer...walking on concrete floors or hardwood floors? But make no mistake about it -- our boards do NOT bend or feel flimsy... as you can see by the many
satisfied professionals who use our boards!

Power supply fit under the tier?
Most likely YES! Unless it's HUGELY ENORMOUS it will fit under the tier. We made the tier to fit the most common power bricks/supplies!
What is the board made of?
It is made from a wood-like material but IT IS NOT cheap MDF or particle board. It is a
RIGID wood composite.
Can I drill into the board?
YES... it will drill easily.

What is your return policy?
If, for any reason, you are not happy with any LYT pedalboard or accessory product simply contact us for an RMA shipping label. After receiving the RMA shipping label you must return it within 14 DAYS -- IN PERFECT, UNUSED CONDITION for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping costs. Please keep in mind that even though some items have FREE shipping... it actually costs us to ship. We cannot refund the actual shipping cost. For pedalboard returns, if you have NOT applied the velcro to the board we charge a 10% restock fee. IF YOU HAVE APPLIED THE VELCRO TO THE BOARD we must charge a 30% restock fee. This is very reasonable since the velcro is wasted/unusable and the board must be refurbished. All Packages MUST return to us, well packed, in original packaging, in unused, original condition. WE WILL NOT give full refunds if the items return to us damaged due to poor packaging. We go to great lengths to ensure that our packaging protects our products.
