Domestic Shipping
We use UPS, and USPS to ship items depending on several factors. We CAN overnight anything you need, just send us an email. If you prefer 2nd day air or 3 day select, email us with a list of items you want and we will send you an invoice with a shipping quote.
International shipping
International pedal board orders ship via USPS priority mail which takes anywhere from 5-20 days. Occasionally, your customs office will hold packages and this is out of our control. In our experience, most people receive their order in 7-14 days, depending on the country shipped to.
Do I have to take my pedals off the board when I use case or the bag?
NO! NO! NO! Our cases and bags are designed to hold the board with your pedals on it. Also, we include foam with the cases to squish the board and pedals in place, It would be VERY LAME if you had to take them off everytime you moved it.
Can you put the tier on the other side of the board?
YES! We can put it ANYWHERE!!!! FREE!!!! Send us an email!

Is it strong?
We have never had this board material break yet..well over 4000+ boards sold so far.....even the guys on the "heavier side" (in weight and in music style) say these boards can continuosly take a moshing. LyT boards do flex a tad (and we do mean a tad, since we designed it to flex--we could have made them NOT flex) but so do skyscrapers, bridges, and lots of well built things. You see, these structures are MADE to flex and that adds to their strength. Our boards feel better under your feet because they have a tiny bit of flex....Put it this way: what's nicer...walking on concrete floors or hardwood floors? BUT, make no mistake about it....our boards do NOT bend or feel flimsy... as you can see in our feedback about that!
Why should I buy a LyT Pedalboard?
Lots of reasons... We are probably the lightest board on the market, We are also the lowest to the ground. Our boards are made in the USA and they are still inexpensive. Will my Voodoo labs / DC Brick/ Power supply fit under the tier?
Most likely YES! Unless it's HUGELY ENORMOUS it will fit under the tier. We made the tier to fit the most common power bricks/supplies!
What is the board made of?
It is made from a wood-like material but IT IS NOT cheap MDF or particle board. It is a RIGID wood composite.
Can I drill into the board?
YES... it will drill easily.
How much room is under the tier?
Lots .. At least 3 inches in height and 9" wide ON THE 32 and 7" on the 24
Do you ship to FRANCE, UK, ITALY, AUSTRALIA ETC.
Yes we do! We send about 5-10 boards per week overseas!
How heavy is the Lytcase32 by itself
about 15 lbs. and the Flytcase32 is only 20 lbs.
I have seen similar boards being sold that look like these, what's up with that?
Yes it is true, when you make a great product, people want to copy it. WE ARE THE ORIGINAL! Always remember one thing... when people copy a product...they never make it as good as the original mainly because they are trying to beat it in price...so they skimp on quality and eventually go out of business. AT LyT Pedalboards, we have a SERIOUS quality control process that ensures each freshly baked board is up to standard! Be wary of some guy in his garage trying to sell you anything, sure, he can make one...but can he make a High Quality one?
I have been looking at a few guitar gear forums and some people say bad things? Why?
STOP! FORUMS ARE THE WORST PLACE TO MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS ABOUT GEAR! FORUMS ARE FILLED WITH OTHER MANUFACTURERS AND PAID MARKETERS AND SALESMEN WHO PRETEND TO BE "USERS" OR "AVERAGE GUYS" AND THEN GO ON AND SAY NASTY THINGS OR UNTRUE THINGS JUST TO INFLUENCE PEOPLE NOT TO BUY A CERTAIN PRODUCT. THEY USUALLY SAY SOMETHING NICE AT FIRST...BUT THEN THEY SAY SOMETHING BAD. It usually happens out of jealousy or they are just "doing their job". The best place to really find out if a product is good or not is to look at the MAJORITY OF THE GENERAL FEEDBACK ON PLACES LIKE EBAY--OR IN OTHER PLACES--BUT NOT FORUMS--THEY ARE LOADED WITH FAKE PEOPLE WHO ARE SELLING THEIR PRODUCTS! Sure, not everyone will love every product....but you can get a good idea if something is good or not by looking at the majority or things said.
What is your return policy?
If, for any reason, you are not happy with any LyT product simply return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Please keep in mind that even though some items have FREE shipping...it actualy costs us to ship. We cannot refund the actual shipping cost. For pedalboard returns, if you have already applied the velcro to the board we must charge a 10% restock fee. This is very reasonable since the velcro is unusable and the board must be refurbished.
